Predictable monthly subscription fee
Emfino pricing is based on a predictable monthly subscription fee for the entire Group of companies. The pricing is clear, well-structured, and fully transparent.
NO Development fees
All Emfino clients use the same system version. If a client requests a custom feature, we first evaluate whether it would also benefit other customers. If yes — we develop it free of charge, and the new feature becomes available to all clients in the upcoming system update.
NO Implementation fee
As Emfino is ready-to-use reporting, budgeting, and consolidation software that doesn't require custom development or long implementation projects, there is NO Implementation fee. NO CAPEX, just OPEX with Emfino!
Emfino Invoicing Parameters
Your subscription fee depends on two simple parameters and the modules selected.
Invoiced monthly subscription fees are calculated automatically by the system. The relevant metrics (legal entities with data, transaction volume, users, and selected modules) will be available in your Emfino database.

INVOICING PARAMETERS explained:
1 - Number of legal entities at the end of previous month having at least one transaction imported or created in the system in any of the periods.
2 - Number of average monthly transaction lines over a rolling 6-month period ending four months before invoice generation. “Transaction lines” include all data input lines imported and created in the system (e.g., transactions / journal entries, Trial Balances, key values, budgets, IFRS/cost allocation/consolidation adjustment bookings).
(For some companies, reporting is performed on a quarterly basis; therefore, when generating an invoice, there might be no or partial transactions for the previous quarter.)

PRICING VALIDITY
The prices published on Emfino website at the time of signing the subscription contract form part of the agreement and remain valid for 3 years. Pricing on Emfino website is subject to change.

COMPLIANCE
All legal entities and countries included in Emfino must comply with EU and international sanctions regulations.
