Emfino is a young but fast-growing company, founded in 2020 with a clear purpose — to finally build the kind of reporting, consolidation, and budgeting system that Finance teams had been searching for but could never find.

Ilgvars Jecis (CTO) is a seasoned IT professional with 20 years of experience working with both local and international companies, and an impressive portfolio of finance and payment platform developments. His background includes leading IT teams at renowned technology and fintech organizations, as well as founding multiple IT ventures that cater to the financial technology industry. Ilgvars' comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting processes gives him a significant edge when it comes to developing financial systems.
Sanita Viba (CEO) brings over 20 years of financial expertise to Emfino, having held numerous CFO and outsourced CFO positions and a proven track record of successful system development and implementation. Her extensive experience in streamlining and automating financial and accounting processes for multinational corporations makes her a valuable asset in the industry. Prior to founding Emfino, Sanita successfully managed development and implementation of various financial reporting, consolidation and budgeting systems that continue to operate effectively. She has been a proud member of FCCA since 2006.
Emfino Story
Sanita and Ilgvars first crossed paths in 2019 while developing a finance reporting, consolidation, and budgeting platform for a multinational company, encompassing over 35 legal entities across 11 countries and serving more than 1,000 employees. Sanita, in her role as Group CFO, was defining the system requirements, while Ilgvars and his company, FinoTech, was responsible for the development.
Their collaboration proved to be highly successful, leading them to join forces and create Emfino, a flexible, powerful financial reporting & consolidation system designed to serve multinational organizations from any industry.
Their shared vision is an effective group-level financial management system like no other.
